What will not change?

• Real Estate. No matter what, people will always need somewhere to stay, to eat, to be.
• Human Interaction. If robots were to take over the world, humans will still want to be surrounded by humans.
• Status Games. Everyone, everywhere is playing a status game.

My predictions for he future.

January 1st, 2026.

• Data Centers. Data Centers will be the Real Estate of the future.
• Banking. Banking is fully digital.
• Silver Economy. Silver Economy will grow double digit this year.
• Electric & Autonomous Cars will be standard. Today, 2026, we are still not very used to living in a world where everything is robotized. However, my belief is that by 2030 almost 80% of vehicles will have autonomous features and will be electric-related.
• China will become the global power-house: ranging from electricity, solar panels, AI, automobile, and much more, China is strategically positioning themselves as the global powerhouse for the next generation.
