- I create my life. No matter the circumstances, I create my life. I have the power to get out of this, and the power to become the greates. I happen to life.
- Destiny is everything. The world is going to try to pull you in many directions, and it will distract you from the path you are destined to take. High agency is walking toward your dreams confidently, and no seeking permission to portray your real identity into the world.
- Decisiveness. The key difference between high-agency and low-agency people is that high-agency people donāt just think about optionsāthey execute. They donāt wait for perfect timing; they start. Momentum builds confidence. They build the way as the walk the way.
- Discomfort. High Agency people know comfort is a trap, and the end of the comfortable road leads to regret. Being High Agency means actually ālivingā outside your comfort zone.
- Sleep: A High Agency person knows that in order to perform at its best, he must rest well.
- Food: Everything you do is a form of showing the level of self respect you have. What you eat is no different. High agency people respect themselves enough to nurture their bodies with the nutrients they deserve. They understand you only have one body throughout your entire life, and the act accordingly.
- I change the energy of every room I get into.
- Glass is not full nor empty. I am a tap. I make my own glass and I pour as much water as I want.
- Permission is for suckers. I act and create. The world follows those who build it.
- I have a Network of High Agency people. Frequently I ask myself: Are they happening to life or is life happening to them?
- Zero substance life.
- Zero substance life. Needing substances is Ultra Low Agency. Substances have caused me the most embarrassing moments in life. Fights from alcohol abuse, money wasted, bloating from hangovers. Alcohol no longer has a place in my life. Not a drop. Not a glass. Not even a ācold oneā or a ālittle drink.ā Damn, we sure talk nicely to the poison. Itās pathetic to need a substance to do some of the most beautiful things in lifeālike socializing, dancing, enjoying. Coffee to wake up? My life is exciting enoughāI donāt need anything external to wake me up.
- Dealing with āResistanceā. Resistance is anything that holds me back when Iām ready to jump into the big life. Fear, rejection, shame. Itās the amygdalaāor rather, itās the demon. How do I deal with the ādemonā? First, I understand that the bigger the demon, the greater the reward and the adventure. There can be no courage without fear, no love without hate. If someone needs flowers, itās going to pourāand hard. What I do is jump quickly. Thereās no way that waiting a few more minutes will make the cold water any warmer. In fact, the longer I wait, the colder it gets.
